Erez founded and leads the Strategy and Technology practice at MNS. With over 15 years of experience, Erez advises public and private companies, as well as government agencies, on formulating and executing strategic plans. His expertise ranges from entering complex new and analyzing economic feasibility, to identifying growth drivers and optimizing internal processes for operational excellence.
Erez places a strong emphasis on actionable strategy with clear implementation roadmaps and measurable KPIs. Consequently, he has successfully led the execution of the majority of the strategic plans he has formulated.
Additionally, Erez possesses extensive experience working with government bodies, particularly in optimizing regulatory processes. This includes benchmarking against global alternatives, leading public initiatives, developing economic models, and authoring RIA (Regulatory Impact Assessment) reports.
Background: Prior to his current role, Erez founded and managed the cyber strategy branch of a leading Israeli security organization, worked in Amdocs’ strategy department, and served as a career officer in Unit 8200.
Education: Erez holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati program (Tel Aviv University & Northwestern University).
