Nir has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and financial advisory.
Throughout his career, he has led complex mergers and acquisitions, structured financing and capital-raising processes, and conducted numerous business valuations and expert opinions for clients across both the private and public sectors.
Nir also has extensive experience in advising on large-scale infrastructure projects, including economic analyses in settlement proceedings and litigation support.
At MNS, Nir leads the firm’s urban renewal practice, and his expertise spans the real estate, infrastructure, retail, finance, and non-bank credit sectors.
He holds an LL.B. in Law and Economics from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Prior to joining MNS, Nir served as an attorney in the insolvency department of a leading law firm.
