Moshe Haviv is a partner specializing in the financing of infrastructure projects and complex tender support.

With over 20 years of experience in the public sector, Moshe has led national infrastructure projects from the initiation stages to the construction and operation stages – including the project to build northern sections of Highway 6, projects to build intelligence, logistics and ICT centers as part of the IDF’s transition to the south of the country, the Israel Police Training Center, and the construction of the Data Centers.

Moshe was a partner in the formulation of several infrastructure reforms, including the formulation of the outline for the integration of private power plants, and the outline for risk sharing in PPP projects

He has extensive experience in managing and supporting infrastructure projects worth billions of NIS, in a wide variety of fields (energy, roads, railways, construction, technology).
