Sharon Zaworbach leads the field of corporate finance, investment banking and insolvency.
With over 25 years of experience, in Israel and abroad, Sharon has advised and assisted investors and boards of directors in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, capital and debt raising, and feasibility studies worth billions of shekels.
In addition, over the years, Sharon has led dozens of valuations, expert opinions, and serves as an arbitrator or mediator in large-scale economic disputes.

Sharon is ranked as one of the most prominent in Israel in the field of debt arrangements and insolvency, and has personally accompanied most of the debt arrangements in Israel in recent years.
Over the years, Sharon has specialized in the following sectors: real estate, infrastructure, industry, retail, finance and non-bank credit.

Sharon holds an LLB in Law from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in Economics (magna cum laude) Bar-Ilan University. Prior to this position, Sharon served as Senior Executive at Africa Israel Properties (TASE: AFPR), an advisor to the Accountant General on national infrastructure financing and development issues, an investment banker at ABN AMRO, and worked at a leading London-based consulting firm in the field of project finance.
