M&A, Capital Raising, and Debt Financing – End-to-End Transaction Support
Mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as capital and debt raising processes, are pivotal and often one-time events that represent major turning points in an organization’s lifecycle. We offer clients comprehensive support throughout all stages of the transaction — from strategy development, investor and opportunity sourcing, and negotiation, to securing funding and ensuring seamless post-deal integration. Our process includes preparing investor presentations and transaction documents, leading roadshows, and identifying relevant investors. We also act proactively by sourcing companies and assets with investment potential — from market scans and target lists to evaluating alternatives for strategic buyers and investment funds.
We manage comprehensive due diligence processes — financial, commercial, and operational — ensuring that every detail is examined, assessed, and factored in. In parallel, we actively participate in, and often lead, the negotiation process, balancing business flexibility with value creation principles and risk management.
On the financing side, we support equity and debt fundraising — both institutional and bank-based — including the design of complex financing structures tailored to the unique needs of each transaction.
Following transaction closure, we assist in developing tailored integration strategies to ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-managed transition — both operationally and organizationally.
Our advantage lies in our multidisciplinary team — including economists, lawyers, and CPAs — combined with deep familiarity with the Israeli market. We understand the dynamics of the local capital market, financial regulation, core business drivers, and the interpersonal relationships that influence deals. Our work is built on extensive experience with key players — from institutional investors and banks to regulators, controlling shareholders, and boards — allowing us to drive transactions with focus, coordination, and efficiency.
We deliver transaction advisory services that are tailored to the local reality — while adhering to the highest standards of the global financial market.
