We managed a comprehensive investment banking process that included, among others: Designing a strategic framework to drive the transaction, formulating a pioneering structure for the successful execution of the transaction, contacting potential investors, negotiating with several entities and reaching a binding agreement with a partner. An equity transaction of approximately NIS 1 billion executed by one institutional entity.
We served as investment bankers for the shipping company MSC in the framework of billions of NIS debt raising for the construction of the Southern Port in Ashdod.
Our work included managing the debt raising process, starting from preparing the IM, outlining the fundraising strategy, contacting banking and institutional entities, rating the company, managing the pricing process and leading the negotiations on a binding financing agreement.

Building a financial model, examining economic viability, building a risk matrix, commercial and banking support for the franchisee from the beginning of the tender process, through preparation and submission of the bid, to winning and supporting the financial closing process and then during the construction phase.

The work included an in-depth review of global leaders, analysis of the Israeli market and economic modeling of required costs under various penetration scenarios, with reference to regulation. We conducted sensitivity analyses and discussions with regulators, management and the board of directors, and developed a market entry plan based on commercial and regulatory data. Partner entered the electricity market as a virtual supplier, in accordance with the plan.
