Planning, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of logistics centers (North, Center, South). The project, which was carried out using the BOT method, included accompanying the entire tender process for formulating the tender documents and the tender outline in all financial aspects, including recommendation and implementation for the contractual mechanisms, financial model, economic examinations for implementation alternatives and services.
We supported the establishment of a security technology facility / Data Center for the Ministry of Defense, including preparing tender documents, defining the project outline, developing financial models, and creating contractual and competitive mechanisms. Our work also included conducting economic analyses, evaluating proposals, supporting the financial closing, and providing post-construction assistance to ensure the facility met all financial and operational requirements.
As part of the project, the company managed an innovative and complex tender for the procurement, equipping, operation and maintenance of a fleet of helicopters for the police and other units in the Ministry of Public Security.
The process included a full definition of the needs, management of the entire tender process until the selection of the successful bidder , coordination between all relevant government bodies, negotiations with the winning bidder, and initial support of the procurement procedures to ensure the successful implementation of the project.

The Ofek Rahav project aimed to establish a new administrative base in Ramle to centralize all Ministry of Defense administrative units. Multidisciplinary teams—engineering, operational, technological, and economic—were formed and guided by the ministry. Employed by the Southern Transitional Authority, MNS provided integration services for the full tender-document process, including coordinating all materials, resolving bottlenecks, managing progress, preparing weekly status reviews, and editing all documents for publication.
