We accompanied a strategic process for expansion into the field of electricity sales, identified growth opportunities and built competitive advantages. The work included an in-depth review of global leaders, analysis of the Israeli market and economic modeling of required costs under various penetration scenarios, with reference to regulation. We conducted sensitivity analyses and discussions with regulators, management and the board of directors, and developed a market entry plan based on commercial and regulatory data. Partner entered the electricity market as a virtual supplier, in accordance with the plan.
We mapped key challenges and barriers in SaaS sales operations through in-depth research, interviews with operational teams and senior management, and analysis of market characteristics and customer needs. The project included the development of pricing and monetization recommendations based on economic analysis, aligned with the organizational structure and incentive mechanisms. The work established new business models that better aligned the solutions with market needs—improving information accessibility, increasing efficiency, and strengthening the overall value proposition. As a result, the organization gained a clearer commercial framework and practical foundations for implementation and scale.

In parallel, we defined a target-state operating model, identified organizational and regulatory gaps, and designed a new organizational structure with appropriate interfaces and management routines. The project positioned Phoenix to support growth in the alternative investments market while improving overall organizational efficiency. Our recommendations were fully implemented, and today this area represents one of Phoenix’s key growth drivers.
